
Adi Kalpna STI Hub
Adi Kalpna STI Hub project is a Science Technology Hub initiated by Manthan Educational Programme Society, India with the support from SEED Division, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India. Currently the project is in the second year of its execution for the Socio-economic empowerment of the Tribal community from Dediapada taluka, Narmada District.
The year 2022 – 2023 was the first year of the project STI Hub in the District of Narmada. The first year of the project visited several exiting outcomes as well as few small challenges and opportunities which made the project more exiting to work on. Following were the key outcomes carried out in the first year of the project:

Completion of Establishing Science, Technology & Innovation Hub in Narmada District

Completion of Establishment of Technology Demonstration Room

Completion of Establishment of Mini Common Facility Centre for Agriculture Produce and Herbal Produce

Completion of Establishment of Meeting Room and Digital connect room

Provided S&T based trainings & awareness programmes

Scaling up established SHGs, providing inputs to co-operative group and initiating work for establishing new SHG’s

Promoting drudgery reduction, quality control and production technology in Agro products, herbal products, and bamboo-based skills

Conducted education and S&T awareness based outreach activities for students and tribal community.

Developing 2 sub brands for products sales and developing products for sales.

Identifying the new groups and individuals to work in the Dediapada taluka of Narmada District.
